Having read them all we could possibly write every comic into a game, right? ;) that'd make a successful series of games with great plots :D

Maybe that could be our new 'RoN-ish' series. ;)

Are these graphics original or ripped? This game looks pretty good! Looking forward to playing it.

AGS Games in Production / Re: Damn It!!!

The GFX are okay, but it looks like you spent more time on the title than the backgrounds. ;)

Yeah, I thought the same thing. Why the heck is it going to be portrayed by a comedian?! Unless it's a spoof of Queen. ???

It'd be totally pimped out with all kinds of crazy plugins...

Err, what prevents that from happening already?

True, but there would be even more plugins, and eventually someone would come up with an open source iMuse-esque one *cough Nikolas cough*..

Sounds great! When is that 'On The Lot' show, (or whatever it's called), going to be broadcast?
#127
Open Source AGS would be awesome! It'd be totally pimped out with all kinds of crazy plugins... Or CJ could decide to sell the rights to Sony. :(

Yeah, that's why I posted the Borat-Mercury comparison. :)

Great! However, I think that the game probably could use more stat-earning minigames, as they get very monotonous after a while. The game also needs sound (especially during the gigs)- it's really bland without it- but the concept is great, and I think this game could become an internet phenomena (in time).

Thanks for posting this! It's great fun, and I'll probably get some of my friends to join it.

Are you going to eventually take this game down, or is it going to be on the internet forever?

General Discussion / Re: MP3 Quality?

Our band actually didn't have a bass player at the time, now we do, and we've made some more recordings, so I might try to master those and post what I've done on them.

I think he made a new one. The guitar solo is changed too much. So is the piano, and the drums. But his is still awesome.

You think so? I actually deleted the sprites which included the body, so if I'm going to bring the body back, I'll have to do it all over again. Oh well, it'll probably be better this time...

Quoteall I can remember is that it was about a boy who erm... was forced to go on an adventure, I think? It was a comedy, a parody of RPGs and the like...

Well, almost all anime shows are like that... Can you be more specific?

Critics' Lounge / Re: Cottage background WIP

I love the style and I think that it's a great background! I'll try to make a paintover with some grass textures.

You should change the contrast between the outline of the trees and the shading in the hills. The contrast between the color of mailbox and the color of the side of the house should be greater as well.

General Discussion / Re: The Crap Joke Thread

This isn't really a crappy joke, but I thought I'd share it here, as I find it really funny:

There were 3 people playing golf in heaven:

Jesus, Moses, and a really old man. Jesus takes a swing, misses, and gets the ball in the hole on his second shot. Moses makes the hole in three shots. Then, the really old guy takes a shot. As he swings, there's an earthquake, and a thunderstorm, and the ball goes flying through the air. The ball lands on the green and rolls into the hole.

Moses says to Jesus: "I hate it when we play with Your dad!"

This looks great! I love your style, Akatosh. Oh, and 'were' in "That's were most of the trade between Yankees, Commies, and Europeans are" should be 'where', not 'were'.

You post a year after the game has been released??  :o
