Some points of interest for your final version:
The inventory items could be bigger.
I would suggest to use a different text color for the shopkeeper when he/she is talking.

Here's my silly 'entry'...

Meet Snorremar, famous [mar] but undisciplined [snorre].
Have a little bit compassion for him, he suddenly was
summoned to go for a battle but: he forgot his trousers
and one horn of his helmet is kinda loose. But it's even
worse: someone has deliberately pricked his inflatable
battle axe so now it's completely flat and useless...
Now he's really pissed off! Lucky for him he is about to
find a lucky clover. And guess what, it's a very very rare
blue one only to be found in the Norse part of the world!

Yep, TheEnergizer.exe is corrupt...

I know there is a bubbles option for character thoughts but
is there bubbles option for character speech supported?
I ask this because after searching around I have noticed that
it might be/have been on the "wish list" if I'm not mistaken...
