that really nice! The left side of that tree trunk is a bit to straight for me, I'd make it more jagged like the right side, but these chrome trees are very well polished :D
But why sorry, everythings alright, any chance a dysmaton devstream happens anytime soon?  ;-D

but -1 is even less than none! 8-0

So how would we add this template to the default template files and/or source on github? Should CC as the owner of the github project for this template be involved or is the owner of the target github project responsible?

so it's not for sources. WHat I mean is, when I download the newest version of AGS and start the create a game wizard there is for example the LW_BASS template by ghost there, bass 2 click has an author (ghost), it is not default. I mean how do we add this template to the create new game wizard in 3.4.2 and should it be a "polished default" or just replace the default template so we get prettier noob games?!

Another new screenshot. Can you deduce what the owner of this apartment's primary interest was? ;)

traveling? to africa or the like?
great image. The cupboard and the picture to the right of it have no shadow though and seem to float over that nice trippy wallpaper.

somehow I think the statusbar icons could benefit from a smaller rounded corner than the rest of the elements, but for now I removed the background on the statusbar as a suggestion. I like it better this way :)

This looks nice, but will require some coding, otherwise the status bar will be peeking out because it doesn't hide automatically when the icon bar is shown. (As well as making sure it shows again when the other GUIs are showing, lilke the Item window).
Another solution would be to make the iconbar solid but add a border to the bottom of it so it looks less plain.
what about adding a 1% opacity black background? Not noticable, spreading out the gui and reacting to mouseover and the like.

but beside this, yeah, I think it is complete and it is indeed thought as a niced up replacement of the current default/sierra template, but I wouldn't know how to handle this from here :D

the warning probably has it's use when you resize your game and only see the whole gui and think it's allright and it's an obscure part of your menues you don't bother to check over and over again and compile the game and don't see that it's still twice the new gamesize as it looks okay when just checking the gui in the editor, just one example from the top of my head. So the editor has a reason to warn you of oversize GUIs, but maybe giving the GUI the permission to be bigger than gamesize with a simple option in the GUI editing panel that nulls the warning could help.
maybe even switching this by script at runtime could help, i have no example though, maybe for some guis drawn a runtime, or it is just overkill? but then someone surely finds a reason to change this at runtime for his game in some years and so, I mention it already ;)

Spoiler
I have no use for the rope and the statue is cracked only so the boy wouldn't know where to go on the raft. I can use the rope as a lasso and pull over the statue... how do I destroy it?
And does the symbol behind the vending machine have any use? I this symbol the cause for the gargoyle eyes glowing?
