Pro is the opposite of Con                       Kids of today are so much different
This fact can clearly be seen,                  Don't you know?
If progress means to move forward         Just ask them where they are from
Then what does congress mean?             And they tell you where you can go.  --Nipsey Russell

Snarky got it, it's Flatliners. (nod) (laugh)

Ps - That's Julia Roberts on the right. ;)
There are those who believe that life here began out there...

Ben X

That seems like a pretty good guess, but just in case I'll join you: Child's Play 2?

Snarky

Cassiebsg

On Her Majesty's Secret Service?

Snarky

Haha, no. Though the director was in a James Bond movie once.

Kumpel

Looks a tad like Woody Allen. Now which one of his zillion movies? 8-)

Mandle

Is that Larry David in the foreground?

New York Stories?

I recognise the bloke in the midground and dodgy moustache, though - that's Colin Firth. A quick Google reveals the film to be Magic In The Moonlight.

Snarky

Yup. And that's Firth and Emma Stone in the first picture. There was some sort of logic behind the choice (something to do with the Oscars?), but I forget what it was.

Ben X

That was a sneaky clue about the director being in a Bond movie, btw, well done!

Here's mine, with a connection to the previous one:

Ahhhhhh... the comedy version of Casino Royale?

Ben X

No guesses? Okay, I'll be honest, i haven't actually seen this film myself and it's unlikely that many here have as it was so badly received. The reason I picked it is for the connection: the director has appeared in a Bond movie. I'll also give you another pic:

Well, that's James D'Arcy, so that must mean the film is W.E. (which I guess stands for Wallis + Edward?), by Madonna.

Ben X

Correct! Madonna acted in and provided the theme for Die Another Day.

Snarky

Set in roughly the same time period, plus with another connection...

The King's Speech?
The Great Gatsby?
