Sorry for barging uninvited into the party

The only invitation you need is your child-like sense of wonder!

Cassiebsg

This party is open to every member of the forum, so welcome and yes, you got the ball now. (laugh)
Indeed City of God. (nod)

Your turn LameNick. ;-D

LameNick

@Mandle: That's great! Wonder is my second name, child-like is my first, just sense I'm missing sometimes.:=

@Cassiebsg: City of God is still one of the top films ever in my charts.

Thanks guys for the warm welcome!
Here goes the screen:

How much wood would a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood?

LameNick

Hope I didn't make all the children leave the playground.

Jack

I think I would remember having seen this film.

Or maybe it's something like The Holy Mountain?

LameNick

@Jack: Its not The Holy Mountain nor El Topo, its not surrealism/magic realism.

As a tip I can say, there are starring two actors that are/were known mostly in some parts of Europe and one more worldwide known American actor. Two out of these actors are not among us anymore.

If anyone wants me to post more revealing screen right-away let me know.

Nope, no Navajo Joe.

Checked Navajo Joe on imdb and its a pretty close guess regarding my tip and some similarities those movies share.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly?

Nope, but there is (at least)one actor both these movies share. (Not sure i'm not giving away too much.)

Snarky

I thought the guy with(out) the teeth might be Eli Wallach... don't know the movie, though.

Cassiebsg

Well, the second pic made me thing "western!" Maybe even "western spaghetti"... the third seems to confirm it... but the first? ???
Beats me, maybe one of the many Bud Spencer and Terrence Hill movies?

Let's try: Ace High

And we have a winner!!!

That movie has its little flaws but its quite a unique piece and one of my(if not the)  favorite spaghetti westerns.

Cool.  I'm only familiar with the Leone Spaghetti Westerns so perhaps I need to expand my horizons.

I won't get a chance to post a new entry for a couple of days so be patient everyone.

I hope you don't mind then if I just jump in until then to keep the game going?

Here's one just for fun until Quintaros gets back. He still has the next turn. So: kinda just a bonus round?

Quintaros

It looks rather pretty for such a grim scene.

The only flooded NY scene I can recall is from A.I. but I think it was much more bleak looking.

Amayirot Akago

Quote from: CaptainDMy suspicion is that an accident, probably caused by a lightning storm and a mad professor, resulted in Amayirot's brain becoming inextricably linked to the databases behind MobyGames and LemonAmiga.
