shit that fuck, fuck this shit:

Jesus Jones - international bright young thing

(My fave song of all time, and even if you don't like it, or can;t remember it, respect it on my behalf for it was the first song for me to really get into and buy an album, at just eight years old!)

(And on that album, was a heavy song called "stripped" that in turn got me into metal and rock!)

Das Plans

Best Rock-song ever? Some glittering bands are obviously missing in this list:

How about:

Bon Jovi - Raise your hands (As heard in SPACEBALLS)
Alice Cooper - Dirty Dreams
Poison - Unskinny Bop
Firehouse - Get In Touch
Mötley Crüe - Kickstart My Heart
Winger - No Man's Land
Slaughter - Spend My Life

I'm all out of breath ... gotta stop. So many cool songs out there ...  ;D

ManicMatt

Do you have any idea what that SOAD song is about, anyways?

Akumayo

Yay!Ã,  Someone recognizes it!Ã,  (And I know perfectly well what it's about, but that won't stop me from posting it, for it is one of the greatest rock songs ever IMO)
"Power is not a means - it is an end."

ManicMatt

No, seriously, I don't know what the song is about!

=The=Brat=

I never liked the song too terribly much before, but after having gone to the Renaissance Faire and seen the group Tartanic play it with bagpipes and other traditional Scottish instruments, my new favorite rock song is Inagadadavida.
This Space Left Blank Intentionally.

Almost any Radiohead is awesome, particularly tracks from the albums OK Computer, Kid A, and The Bends such as:
Radiohead - Paranoid Android
Radiohead - Idioteque
Radiohead - Creep
Radiohead - The Bends

I also like:

Eagles - like Hotel California
Dire Straits - Sultans of Swing
Dire Straits - Money for Nothing
Deep Purple - Smoke on the Water
The Butterfly Effect - One Second of Insanity (not a huge band, but very much worth checking out)

That's all I can think of right now.

(Check out my last.fm to see some other songs that I listen to.)
