What's this website

[Atelier]

I'm thinking of a site I used to read a couple of years ago, I think I first came across it through the forums. It was basically a rant website where this grumpy American dude would write articles about things. One thing I specifically remember is one about The Phantom Menace. The site itself looked like it was from the 90s and the font was big*, and at the bottom of each article there was a hit counter that read something like 'X people also hate [thing article is about]'.

Anyone know what it is? It was actually really funny.

In that case, consider this thread me sharing a very entertaining website I found.

  He has a podcast now, which isn't as entertaining as his videos or articles.  Maddox was one of the first online "rant" style writers (if not the first), and he never put any ad banners or popups on his web-site.  I don't always agree with him, but I enjoy how he articulate his points and he often provides an angle which I haven't considered.  His old article on 9/11 truthers is worth a read.
