Aside from some interface issues and a couple of odd puzzles, it is a fun and interesting game.

A mighty fine opening chapter. This game starts off quite easily at first, but then intensifies as the plot thickens. Hope there is a part 2.

This game has nice graphics, an interesting story and well-chosen music. However, the GUI is clumsy (hard to use exits, an inventory where the transparent parts block hotspots) and there is a huge lack of interactions. When you have a look and interact option for objects and you get either the same response for both or even only the single existing default response, this destroys atmosphere and immersion.

An amazing game! It has all that makes a great adventure game: a breathing world, zanny humor, interesting plot, likeable characters, catchy music, great hand drawn graphics, polished animations, and, above all, it's fun to play! Some of the puzzles are very original, too.

One more thing worth mentioning is that the authors were careful to make a tight game: each NPC character has a reason for being there, there are no randomly placed puzzle items, no Deus Ex Machina solutions, etc.

Probably the best AGS game I've played this year. Perfect score.
