Facing foreclosure of their homes in the Goon Docks area of Astoria, Oregon to an expanding country club, a group of children who call themselves "the Goonies" gather for a final weekend together. The Goonies include optimist Mikey Walsh, his older brother Brandon, the inventive Data, the talkative Mouth, and the overweight klutz Chunk.
Rummaging through the Walshes' attic, they come across a 1632 doubloon and an old treasure map purporting to lead to the famous pirate "One-Eyed" Willy's hoard located somewhere nearby, whom Mikey considers being the original "Goonie".

The game features ripped graphics from other games, yet follows the movie exactly. It can be rather unforgiving if you don't know the movie storyline well, and less of a challenge if you do.

I just finished this this morning and it was a fun time! I’m a fan of the movie and this felt like an old school licensed game that would have come out during promotion. If you like the movie, you’ll like the game!
This game is probably best enjoyed by die-hard fans of the Goonies movie who have seen it multiple times and know it by heart. The player need to recreate scenes from the movie, so you need to know who did what. Trial and error will work if you're patient. I prefer the crazier mash-up games made by this creator.
