The AGS Panel is a team of AGS forum veterans who play all of the games here, and give them ratings from one to five cups. The rating system is as follows:
1 Cup Not serious entertainment
2 Cups A reasonable game, worth a try
3 Cups A good game, worth playing
4 Cups A great game, well worth your time
5 Cups An outstanding, must-play game!
Feel free to disagree with the panel's rating, and please don't be offended if you think your game has been underrated!

(Why has my game been rated 1 cup?)

Close window
If your game has been rated 1 cup, please don't be offended! It's common for your first game release to get a 1-cup rating, due to the game having a lack of polish and flair -- which is understandable, because you're just getting started!

Please understand that the main purpose of the ratings is to help potential game players find high quality, bug-free games to play. You've probably learnt a lot about AGS as a result of making your first game -- so why not use that knowledge to start afresh, and do even better with your next game!

I enjoyed the story, was upset at end to see it suddenly end and that I had to wait for more chapters to see what happens next. I really do hope they get done one day. Good job.

I enjoyed this fun little game, even if the graphics are so poor. Interesting story.

I didn't like the graphics at first and the dialogs sometimes are on the long side, but they do a good job at making you care about the people. At the end I really wanted to know what Trevor would find in the you-know-what (play it if you want to know what :-)
So, good job Miguel, and now get to work, your audience wants part 2! ;)

Finished the game. I thought it was cute. I found the ending abrupt. I can't help but wish this first chapter had been expanded upon. I would loved to have learned a bit more about several of the characters and the North Star thing. It would have been great to make my way to the end.... This is worth downloading and doesn't take that long to complete.

It's a nice little game, with catchy music, funny dialogs and characters such as the Ogre Twins. The ending is a bit abrupt but it's normal since it's a "to be continued" game. I'm looking forward to the sequels :)

Between a main character reminiscent of Monkey Island, music taken from Legend of Zelda, mediocre graphics, and uncompelling dialogue, I'm afraid there's not a lot to recommend about this game. I'm sure a lot of hard work has been put into this, but the end result is far too unpolished.

I give it 5 out of 10. Enjoyable if you have nothing else to do. I had trouble sometimes changing the cursors, i.e. hand to walk. Getting out of rooms was sometimes so annoying diffcult.
The end was so **lame**
