The AGS Panel is a team of AGS forum veterans who play all of the games here, and give them ratings from one to five cups. The rating system is as follows:
1 Cup Not serious entertainment
2 Cups A reasonable game, worth a try
3 Cups A good game, worth playing
4 Cups A great game, well worth your time
5 Cups An outstanding, must-play game!
Feel free to disagree with the panel's rating, and please don't be offended if you think your game has been underrated!

(Why has my game been rated 1 cup?)

Close window
If your game has been rated 1 cup, please don't be offended! It's common for your first game release to get a 1-cup rating, due to the game having a lack of polish and flair -- which is understandable, because you're just getting started!

Please understand that the main purpose of the ratings is to help potential game players find high quality, bug-free games to play. You've probably learnt a lot about AGS as a result of making your first game -- so why not use that knowledge to start afresh, and do even better with your next game!

About this game

He has no name. He has no memory. He has no money. All he has is this strange crimson red house. Is this just the crazy result of diet coke and mentos? or is there something terribly evil at work? Probably coke and mentos, but let's just asume for the sake of mystery that there's evil at work. This is the first

AGS Panel Review

"While a good first effort, Sticky the Stickfigure is a short game with simple puzzles, unpolished artwork and music that might be too loud for some people. "

2 people commented on this game (newest first):

To reddish for my taste. Too small set of animations (only of the characters; nothing like opening doors etc.). Grammar mistakes in the dialogues, but very nice humor. Keep on working and you'll get it right ;)

PS: You have to think of a more interesting story than this one :)

It wasnt bad for a first try, but could have been a whole lot better. I liked the first room and the canteen, but the rest of the game was just a few lines. Not much of an eye-candy there. There was some story in this but it was more like a caricature than anything else. I think I liked the dialogs and the humour best. Overall, not bad for a first game, but try harder with the next one.
