The AGS Panel is a team of AGS forum veterans who play all of the games here, and give them ratings from one to five cups. The rating system is as follows:
1 Cup Not serious entertainment
2 Cups A reasonable game, worth a try
3 Cups A good game, worth playing
4 Cups A great game, well worth your time
5 Cups An outstanding, must-play game!
Feel free to disagree with the panel's rating, and please don't be offended if you think your game has been underrated!

(Why has my game been rated 1 cup?)

If your game has been rated 1 cup, please don't be offended! It's common for your first game release to get a 1-cup rating, due to the game having a lack of polish and flair -- which is understandable, because you're just getting started!

Please understand that the main purpose of the ratings is to help potential game players find high quality, bug-free games to play. You've probably learnt a lot about AGS as a result of making your first game -- so why not use that knowledge to start afresh, and do even better with your next game!

About this game

Made for MAGS November 2016, with the theme "Afterlife". The Psychopomp must guide newly dead souls to the Hereafter, but can they make the journey to safety?

A beautiful short game. I love Riaise artwork and stories. She's definitely one of the most creative AGS gamemaker.

Nice game. I loved the silent interaction and teamwork between the two characters.

The graphics are a bit on the lacking side, but the atmosphere and puzzles were just right! The lack of talking adds to the charm of the game.
Great job! :)

Decent short game. The default game speed is way too slow, strongly recommend speeding it up in options. Consistent art style. Not too many puzzles, but it is good for a MAGS game.

Awesome game! I enjoyed the animation and the music fit really well. Short game with good puzzles. It's unusual to have multiple playable characters in a short game made for a MAGS entry, so good job on that! That the mission and story are conveyed with zero dialogue is a great touch. Great entry that fits the theme.

It's a nice game with it's one-click interface and lack of dialogue as it's most notable features, and it handles both very well.
