The AGS Panel is a team of AGS forum veterans who play all of the games here, and give them ratings from one to five cups. The rating system is as follows:
1 Cup Not serious entertainment
2 Cups A reasonable game, worth a try
3 Cups A good game, worth playing
4 Cups A great game, well worth your time
5 Cups An outstanding, must-play game!
Feel free to disagree with the panel's rating, and please don't be offended if you think your game has been underrated!

(Why has my game been rated 1 cup?)

If your game has been rated 1 cup, please don't be offended! It's common for your first game release to get a 1-cup rating, due to the game having a lack of polish and flair -- which is understandable, because you're just getting started!

Please understand that the main purpose of the ratings is to help potential game players find high quality, bug-free games to play. You've probably learnt a lot about AGS as a result of making your first game -- so why not use that knowledge to start afresh, and do even better with your next game!

About this game

You play as JP ... an ordinary, everyday kind of guy.

You're about to be thrown into an extraordinary adventure.

Just sittin' about one day, you hear on the news that an asteroid is on a collision course with the Earth. And all life will be wiped off the planet when it hits!

You head over to your friend Cosmo's house in hopes that his bomb shelter will provide some protection.

But after you find your way into the bomb shelter, that's when the adventure really begins ...

I played this game a while ago, but it was fun. Short, but fun. I like how Cosmo loves the particular brandy (or whatever alcoholic beverage it was), and said it was a precious commodity in whatever his new home planet was. And the asteroid... well, I don't want to give EVERYTHING away, but I like the interesting twist at the end! :D

So, it may be short, but I don't care, it was rather fun!

Hi

I found this game cool and quite good to play. Graphics well done and puzzles quite good. Short but very effective. Look forward to more adventures.

It was pretty good. The plot twist was surprising, unexpected, and awesome. It's well made, but it does have flaws. The graphics could have been better. It also needs more music. But overally, pretty good.

Ahhh.. adventure games aren't supposed to have time limits!!! I went to take a dump and came back to a destroyed planet! But seriously, overall this was a fun little game. The storyline is very creative, but as others mentioned, the ratio of things you can actually take/interact with to overall hotspots was a little better.

The view is interesting (Zelda-like), I liked it ! The plot was cool, but I picked up some objects that was finally useless... But it's a cool short game ! :)

I loved this game! The graphics were awesome and the story was very interesting and original. I hope they make a sequel.

The graphics are very good, but the game lacks really good puzzles.
Too few objects can be interacted with, and the puzzles are too simple, which is too bad:
you play out the game very quickly, while I would have loved to be in the beautifully drawn world longer.

Nice. The graphics are absolutely well done, the story is (quite, compared to stories others come up with) original. However, it is really way too easy to master.

The biggest problem I encountered while playing was that it took me quite a while to find the stairs that led to the basement; speaks for itself I think...

Anyhow. In the mood for adventurous fast food? Try this, it is worth the while.

Great game! Can't wait for the sequel! I love the whole "Azole" thing. Very cool.

This game was fun! Time yourself with the 30 minutes remaining heh. I agree that there weren't a great deal of interaction points, though, If you're looking for something short and fun, then this is a nice game to go for.

Fantastic game with incredible backgrounds. The only real fault I could find with the game was it being too easy. I also felt with so much detail being put into the game there should have been more to see and interact with. There seemed to be a lot of 'I don't have time for that' type descriptions when I tried interacting with things.

I would still heartily recommend this game due to the story, graphics and superb atmosphere.

Great Stuff!
