The AGS Panel is a team of AGS forum veterans who play all of the games here, and give them ratings from one to five cups. The rating system is as follows:
1 Cup Not serious entertainment
2 Cups A reasonable game, worth a try
3 Cups A good game, worth playing
4 Cups A great game, well worth your time
5 Cups An outstanding, must-play game!
Feel free to disagree with the panel's rating, and please don't be offended if you think your game has been underrated!

(Why has my game been rated 1 cup?)

Close window
If your game has been rated 1 cup, please don't be offended! It's common for your first game release to get a 1-cup rating, due to the game having a lack of polish and flair -- which is understandable, because you're just getting started!

Please understand that the main purpose of the ratings is to help potential game players find high quality, bug-free games to play. You've probably learnt a lot about AGS as a result of making your first game -- so why not use that knowledge to start afresh, and do even better with your next game!

I really enjoyed this nice, cute and funny little game ! It was not too easy, not too hard, not too long, not too short. I finished it without any walkthrough (what is rare ^^) with a lot of enjoyment.
I like the possibility of retrying each time you die.
Well done :)

A fun game that has that Sierra feel to it.

It truely is a great ADVENTURE game, that focused on taking you on an (albeit short) adventure.

There is not enough to say about this game. This adventure harks back to the wonderment and enjoyment of Kings Quest. It is populated by cute, humorous characters, great writing and great puzzles. It is so worth it, try it and you will not be disappointed.

One of my favorite AGS games. You can't beat its atmosphere (great mix of melancholy and humor) and fun puzzles. However, the ending was way too abrupt - even one new additional background screen would help immensely to reward the player.

Thoroughly captivating game by someone who plainly enjoyed making it. I sure enjoyed playing it, didn't want it to end.
I know plenty of people that don't normally play/enjoy/appreciate video games, but they would enjoy this.
Retrying without saving was excellent. I did wish the finale had been stretched some.
