About this game
Sydney Claywood wakes in his alley one day to discover a new policy set in place by a joint venture between the political parties, churches and big businesses to rid the streets of homelessness and unemployment. There solution is a 'final solution,' of sorts.Sydney decides that the only way to save himself and his friends is to go directly to the heart of the plan, the CBD, and argue his case. However, in the back of Syd's mind is the constant idea that ˜Maybe I could, you know, just find a REAL job.
There is some suggestive and slightly rude content here. I'd only really recommend it for mature audiences.

AGS Panel Review
"Very funny, and fun to play, Sydney the Game, like Sydney the Character, is a little rough around the edges but lovable. "

UPDATE: A work in progress thread for the sequel, Sydney Treads the Catwalk can be found: http://new.bigbluecup.com/yabb/index.php?topic=31070.0
I created the "pet" while in the pet store with the 3 items and the clerk disappeared. Don't know if she's supposed to be there talking through the door, or if her sprite is now for some reason not visible. Oh well.
Most of the puzzles were very logical. However, I was stumped early on because I kept overlooking some "minor" detail. Anyone who hasn't played the game yet, I'll just say this, make sure to look EVERYWHERE in the rooms when you're stumped. Just do like I did and pixel hunt for them :)
Puzzles make you think and most of the solutions are quite logical. While dialogue was well-written, I think the discussions (selecting topics) were confusing couple of times and could be worked on in the future.
In overall, it's a delighting mid-length game, definately recommendable.
I'd love to see and play a sequel. Good work!
