Not the sanest of characters (and sometimes downright schizo and annoying), this person's only claim to fame is the maintenance of his Skimbleshanks archive of templates/modules/game resources (http://www.freewebs.com/skimbleshanks) and of Fuzzpilz's game archive (http://aafiles.bicycle-for-slugs.org).
In an attempt to actually justify his stay in the AGS community, he offered his services as a dialog/cutscene writer and programmer.
In February 2006, Rui left the AGS community for reasons he did not adequately explore, but that's ok, because he because he came back four months later. He just couldn't keep away.
