Someone new to the forum, often following a cycle similar to this:
- Posts everywhere, breaking forums rules left right and centre
- Gets told off by all and sundry
- Eventually departs, or gets around to reading the forums rules and then...
- Behaves like they were a moderator, telling other people off for minor forum rules breaches
- Gets told off again
- Departs or finally settles down and becomes a valued community member
