Provides a link to the AGS forums for easy updating if the link needs to be changed.
Usage: args defines the parameters to pass to the URL (e.g., {{forum|args=action=viewprofile;u=1}} would generate a link to CJ's profile with the name "AGS forums"). name sets the name of the link (e.g., {{forum|args=action=viewprofile;u=1|name=CJ's profile}} would generate a link to CJ's profile with the name "CJ's profile").
