The Marionette is a horror/mystery game made by Team Effigy in 2009 and won several AGS Awards. And told in the 1st-Person Perspective

Plot

Martin is a bachelor and sculptor struggling to make a living in the city. One evening he finds in his mail a strange white envelope, unmarked except for the number "1011" written in the top right corner. Inside is a photograph of a room with ropes hanging from the ceiling.

He has barely registered that fact when he is struck unconscious, and later wakes to find himself in completely unfamiliar surroundings, with only a house nearby to offer any hope of help. He soon find that a girl named Alice is keeping him inside, and so he sees himself going to different and irrelevant places trying to figure out this mystery.

The game lies in a size of 94.2 MB and has four possible endings.

Rating

The game is rated M, due to horror atmosphere and excessive violence.
