Oh, and the reason why you're sometimes getting skips is because when you press up/down, you're really holding it down for a very short time. IsKeyPressed detects whether a key is currently held down. Sometimes, you're holding the key for two game cycles, hence the "skip".

Do what Snarky said.

None of those are correct. Here's another screenshot:

No correct guesses yet.

Mandle, both 'Summer' and 'Games' are in the title.

CaptainD, it's one of those games, but not named after a sporting celebrity.

Yay! I got it! I liked it, but it felt a bit tired after the first 63.

Hmmm... I'm thinking if we can't raise paricipation levels for every month, perhaps raising them for a single month would be a good start. Could we hype up December or January (months close to holidays) as "MAGS-a-palooza" or "MAGS-stock"? Get people to pre-register and publicise it months in advance.

It's a bit radical, but what if we only judged games once a year (Maggies)? A bit like the IF Comp, but still with monthly deadlines. It would give every game a chance to compete against a reasonably-sized pool of games. TBH, I'm not a big fan as this doesn't really grow MAGS but manages its decline.

You could enforce shortness via the theme. One Room, One Week could be applied to MAGS as a rule for a few months -- one room, one month.

Prizes are good, but nobody wants to fund MAGS prizes, obviously. Maybe we could award a gold star in someone's username area each time they win a MAGS. Of course, if some generous patron wants to donate prize money, that would work too.

I know this isn't riddle C&C, but I think that would work better if it were the opposite.

What's a five-letter word that becomes shorter when you add 'e' and 'r' to it?

Or perhaps someone can think of a better alternative. I'm suggesting it because it defies expectations (how can a word become shorter when you add letters to it?)

Needs a weird Vorthos equivalent. Can I add Arthur, who plays for the art? Or is that just another Ezra?

I mostly cater for Stella. Can you really balance it? Puzzles and story seem to be at the expense of each other: the story flows and the puzzles are the roadblocks. The more you accommodate general puzzles, the more your story becomes like a premise (Myst, The Witness). On the other end, the tighter your puzzles are woven into the story, the less obtuse they have to become. e.g. You can't excuse solving towers of Hanoi to open the hero's front door if you want the world to be taken seriously.

In fact, if JPEG works for mask importing, that could be considered a bug.

You mean - that it is included in a file filter?
I think AGS uses same file filter for all image-related open/save operations.

I mean bx83's workflow seemed to suggest that. I'm not near AGS right now, so can't confirm.

Oh, I'm pretty sure this is a Level9 or Magnetic Scrolls game.
I'm going to guess from that last picture, Alice in Wonderland?

Sorry if it wasn't clear, but I was talking about your TextField module. Give people a little credit, Snarky.

Thanks. Sure, undo/history would be useful to have, but it wouldn't be part of the plugin, but rather something you implement in your game logic. I'll think about adding it to the TextField module.

Windows Forms stuff gives you one level of undo built into the control from memory. It might be nice to provide that, then let people implement their own if they need to.
