Description of inventory items is trimmed to 24 characters in-game

Like the title states, InventoryItem.Name only uses the first 24 characters of the text entered as Description in the editor.

Admittedly more of an interesting feature than a bug but not entirely unreasonable to fix.

Looks like I missed that one, the script name limit is already removed in 3.4.1, but the description limit is not.
