CALSOON I - HELP needed at chicken coop

I see Eggman go into the bush on the left. I take the box to trap eggman but when I take the box I automatically drop it to the right instead of the left. I simply cannot get that box to the left. Can someone help me. I have tried many times but same result. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
