Issue with Statusline - no popup modal?

Hey all,

I feel a bit silly about this but I'm trying to set the STATUSLINE GUI to popup modal, but I don't have that option under visibility?
Here are the choices I have:

I want to disable the GUI and script the cursor to change automatically.

The popup modal option is now called "pause game when shown", because people were confused about what "popup modal" meant.
The status line is the narrow grey bar that is always visible and was used in old Sierra games to show game name, score and other information.
You are probably talking about the icon bar, the one that has buttons for each cursor mode.

You can either start with the empty game template, or simply turn both the status bar and icon bar off by setting them to normal, initially off.
