How do you upload a picture of the game onto the board?

You don't. You upload it somewhere and use it in your post via the good old bbcode tags. For example, if your image is located at http://asdruihofvnuaeiorsz7iasnodfiaz7sd.com/pyt2.gif, you'd put [ img ]http://asdruihofvnuaeiorsz7iasnodfiaz7sd.com/pyt2.gif[ /img ] without the spaces, and it would look like this:
