Title: About this FLC-frames-imported-as-sprites feature...
Post by: TerranRich on Sun 24/08/2003 01:14:15
Apparently it doesn't work right. This is what I get for one of the frames. They all look similar to the one below:

What could be the problem? I tried saving frames twice in Jasc Animation Shop as a FLC file. It still did the above.

And why can't you implement an "import more than one file at the same time" command, Pumaman? Hmmm? ;)

How is it supposed to look?

the top-left pixel is used as the transparent colour, so that's why there are dashes of pink around.

Does it play correctly in AGS if you try to play that FLC file using the PlayFlic command?

Look to me like you're using keyframes, instead of saving the animation as each frame completely. I don't know enough about the FLC format to know how, or even if it's possible, to turn this off :o

Well, the purple I can understand, and there should be a way to turn that off, by the way, like when importing normal sprites. But the black isn't supposed to be there. it's supposed to be a solid blue-hued door with the text "Hangar Bay 5" on it and three viewports toward the bottom of the door. The door is also ajar.

And what about "Import More Than One File As Sprite", Pumaman? :)
