RESUMO:
Depois de ANOS de trabalho duro... mais que isso: depois de MESES trabalhando na tradução do manual do AGS para Português eu posso finalmente dizer que terminei... de uma certa forma.
Esta versão do manual traduzida é a 2.6 e ja estamos na versão 2.61. (Mas eu estou atualizando o manual com o que mudou na versão 2.61 e breve ele estará "no ar") ;)


ALGUMAS NOTAS SOBRE A TRADUÇàÆ'O:
- Em primeiro lugar, a tradução foi feita para o Português falado no Brasil, de modo que vocês Portugueses devem encontrar algumas diferenças com o Português falado aí em Portugal, mas tenho certeza que entenderão tudo perfeitamente (assim que se acostumarem com "arquivos" em vez de "fichários") ;D
- Eu utilizei o pronome "você", que é o mais usado no Brasil, portanto, vocês que estiverem acostumados com "tu" podem achar um pouco estranho a princípio, mas tenho certeza que vão se acostumar!
- Esta tradução está meio que em "fase beta", então, embora eu tenha revisado, podem haver alguns erros. Se você encontrar algum, por favor, me avise para que eu possa corrigí-lo.
- Eu ainda não adicionei alguns links (dentro da seção de Funções) mas eles não são muito importantes.
- Mesmo que você não encontre algum erro, nem tenha alguma pergunta, eu peço que responda a este tópico para que eu saiba que a tradução está sendo utilizada ;D
- Pode ser que eu traduza para outros idiomas também (com outros idiomas me refiro a espanhol), mas por enquanto vou me concentrar apenas na versão em Português.
- Em último lugar (mas não menos importante), evite escrever e se comunicar em Português no fórum, não só por ser contra as regras mas também para evitar confusões com as outras pessoas; portanto, se você não souber inglês coloque sua dúvida/pergunta/etc neste tópico que eu tentarei ajudar. ;)

ABSTRACT:
After YEARS of hard work... more than that: after MONTHS working on the translation of the AGS manual to Portuguese I can finally say it's finished... in a way.
This translated version is from 2.6 and we're on 2.61 already. (But I'm updating it and the new "version" should be up soon) ;)


SOME NOTES ABOUT THE TRANSLATION:
- On the first place, I translated it to Brazilian Portuguese, so you Portugueses might find some diferences with the Portuguese spoken in Portugal, but I'm sure you will understand it perfectly (as soon as you get used to "arquivos" intead of "fichários") ;D
- I used the pronom "você", which is the most used in Brazil, so, all you that are used to the pronom "tu" might find it quite odd at first, but you'll get used to it!
- This is a kind of "beta version of the translation", so, although I revised it, there might be some mistakes. If you find one please inform me so that I can fix it.
- There are some links I didn't add yet (inside the Functions section) but they are not important at all.
- Even if you didn't find a mistake nor have some question about it, please post here so that I know it's being used ;D
- I might also translate it to other languages in the future (by other languages I mean Spanish), but for now I'll only concentrate on the Portuguese version.
- Last (but not least), avoid writing in Portuguese in the forums, not only is it against the rules but also avoids problems with the others; so, if you don't know english just post your doubt/question/whatever in this thread (and only in this one) and I'll try to help you. ;)

Great work Felipe! I don't know Portuguese but I can imagine how much time and efforts it took to translate the AGS manual. Surely, it will help people who would like to learn AGS but can't because of the language barrier. :)

Heh, yeah, it did take some time (I started this translation in 2000, for v2.2, but I gave it up and last year I (re)started it from scratch)
Now I hope to keep it with every new version, though I'm still on v2.6...

A sticky would also be nice, since I don't think that Brazilians without much English knowledge come to the tech-forum very often, so I have to notify them one by one, and I don't know how long it'll take... :-\

Godamn Felipe! I've read your manual and found it very well translated and the portuguese/brazillian "confusions" are barelly noticeble. Thanks for the heads up!

So your better bet is to PM him instead of posting here. As according to his profile, though Felipe hasn't been posting since 2004, it seems he is still active recently, so there's still chance he'll read your PM.
