Title: an open source plugin
Post by: Calin Leafshade on Thu 29/07/2010 14:49:05
Does anyone know of any AGS plugins that are open source?

Or is anyone willing to let me see the source of their plugin for educational purposes?

I don't know if editor plugins are included in this request, but what the heck, here is a link to my abandoned plugin- AutoDoc (http://www.filefront.com/17157137/AGS.Plugin.AutoDoc.zip).

It's supposed to create documentation for modules automatically, with options to edit it conveniently. I started working on it and then RickJ published his module which does pretty much the same thing, so I stopped working on mine.
It does the basic work (only tried it on ~3-4 modules though), but missing tons of features...

I have released both the compiled version and source code of a plugin I developed. Here (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/yabb/index.php?topic=41562.0) is the link to the Technical Forum thread.

I support this, as it will be a very good way to learn about AGS plugin development.
