I have the frames but I have no idea how to put them together into one animation (for an intro).

There are programs out there, like Jasc Animation Ship. Search the web for some.

I had this same problem and I also have jasc animation shop. I made the animation but couldn't save it as a  .fc ot .fli how do I do that?

You should be able... just select "Save As.." from the file menu and change the format to flic... if I remeber right, it's called "Autodesk animation" in the list... not sure though...

Maybe i need to download Autodesk because I can't save it as one.

You need to use Smacker (which is part of the video tools I think), which takes an AVI or several BMP's and outputs a FLC.

Alternatively, just use PlayVideo and play the AVI file as your intro in AGS.
