Video not working

Hello, im having a problem with Playvideo, i did a video and exported it in AVI, i tried to run the video and it works, but when i do it in AGS it appears a blackscreen but the sound plays, and i cant stop the video or the game, i had to ctrl alt del to stop the process of the running game, can someone help me:

PlayVideo ("intro.avi",eVideoSkipAnyKeyOrMouse, 1); // the line im using, and the video is in compiled

My settings
16 bit color
direct draw 5
1024 x 768 (video is the same size as game)

Just to be sure: Could you check if you try to play video whilst the screen has faded out?

Try to play the video from the 'enter room after fadeout' event. And let us know if that still doesn't work.

I cant find Fadeout, but i tried AfterFadeIn and BeforeFadeIn and it doesnt work
