It would be nice if you can set character start position by mouse draging, like the objects. Its wearisome task to set x,y position and testing the game again and again!
What do you people say?
Sorry for my bad English! ;)

I say it's not necessary because you can always hover the mouse over the room and take the coordinates and put those coordinates in the character starting point boxes. That works 100% accurately and is rather easy and quick to do.

I know what he's talking about. The main issue is you don't get to graphically preview where the character is going to end up. In most of my games, the character has to be at an exact pixel. I usually just approximate (using right-click then copy coordinates to clipboard) and then test the game over and over.

The problem is, when setting the character's position in the editor, you're setting his initial position in the initial room only, which is not meaningful unless you loaded the character's initial room file.
Objects, on the other hand, is different, since objects are local to their rooms, it's meaningful to visually drag their initial positions on the sceen.
