It is a silly question, but it doesn't matter.

How can i import images to my topics? i can't see any "insert image" button or something like that...

No, you have to put it on a webserver first.
There's a place for AGS users to upload their pictures, courtesy of Neole: http://www.2dadventure.com/ags/upload/upload.html

Keep in mind: No .bmp pictures, they're way too big.
Convert them to png or gif first. See this thread (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/yabb/index.php?topic=5644.0) for alternatives to MSPaint.
