Never played the game, but have you tried switching drivers or resolutions/filters with the setup?

I've tried every option the winsetup had avalible for me. you should play it it's got nudity Whoo!
Also every time i give the photos to the bartender it errors out

Since this is specific to a certain game you will have better chance if you PM the author of the game instead of posting here. Moreover, since this game was made a few years back, it would be quite difficult to trace problems as the version of AGS used would be quite old.
