Editor crash when importing an animated GIF

It occured when attempting to import an animated GIF. The GIF displays on a website and on Windows but AGS don't like it.

Surely, it should be possible to recover from such errors so I don't have to lose my work.

I'm not planning on making any further updates to the 2.72 editor.

It'd be handy if you could make sure that 2.8 can import the file successfully -- if that's the case, then it's already fixed
