Closing game: error

I test my game after making changes and then close it to make another change and then I test it again and out again sometimes when I close the game window disappears and then the task bar still has it trying to run. My ctrl-alt-delete doesn't work and this error shouldn't happen anyways. Has this happened to anyone else and how do I fix it?Ã,

Which version of AGS? This used to happen with me with older versions. Also, it can be a DirectX thing so try updating your video drivers
