Well, it's all in the title.
I am spending all my time for small animation on water (little waves), flammes, smoke or clouds, and it is really long.
I wondered if anything already existed so it could go any faster...
(like a simple software or already made animations on the net easy to use for AGS...)

I found something very interesting and quite helpful in order to make many kind of effects:

The good point is that you can make very easily a complex and beautiful animation and get it into JPEGs that you can transform into PCX and use into your game.

The Very bad point is that the free version can not be used simply ( Your images are filled with annoying logos ) and the paying version is quite expensive, when all you want to do is a free game for the internet. (400 $) :P

Moho (http://www.lostmarble.com) has a particle sistem ideally for things like that. I've seen some great samples of smoke.
paused -- get the startup menu creator (version 1.1) for AGS games. (Use save target as..)
