persistent dialog gui

hi there,

is there a way to keep the dialog gui (i use a text window gui for that) on the screen while the player is talking? when i select an option the player speaks, but while the player speaks the dialog gui vanishes and comes back when he's finished. how can i change this?

Afaik, currently there is no way with the build-in dialog. You could probably try some workarounds such as turning dialog GUI on manually just after the character has begun to talk (still you won't see any dialog options on it). I believe it was discussed before and could be a good suggestion for future AGS versions.
