Searching for C64-Lucasfilm-Games-GUI

I want to make adventures in Commodore64-style, so I'm searching for the 15-orders-GUI, which was used in Maniac Mansion and Zak McKracken by Lucasfilm Games.

Has anyone got or made that GUI, so she/he can post it?

Maybe try PM'ing LUniqueDan, he was using the C64 style GUI for Zak McKraken and the lonely Sea Monster.
