Vohaul Strikes Back Bug

I hope I'm in the right forum.
I was playing Vohaul Strikes Back, on the moon, in the hallway in front of Never's office giving the pie to the two guards. After they accepted and I started to move into the office I got the following error message:

Error: room script data segment size has changed

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Off the top of my head it sounds like you restored a savegame after updating the game and said update changes too much thus breaks savegames.
