Title: Problem with running game (cannot find file...)

          O.K, so I've finished the tutorial on how to make a level and then when i clicked F5 (to run) it saves and all that, but then it says "There were Compilation errors. See Output window for details"

          Then when I look at the output window it says "Cannot find the file 'C:\Program Files\Adventure Game Studio 3.0\acwin.exe'. This file is required in order to compile your game."

Hmmm did you install the programme properly?

Look at the folder mentioned and see if the acwin.exe file is missing.

Ok I just looked and it is not there... I installed it correctly, I know i did

Did you install from the executable downloaded from the main site?

If you use a beta version, chances are, not all files are included, you still need to install the officially released version first.

Maybe it's some  setting problems in the OS that prevents a file to be installed.

Anyway, it's worth trying to re-install the programme.
