I was just wondering about the implications of adding a simple fighting engine/feature to a QFG style game I am making, as well as a skills and abilities list and hero preference option (fighter, thief, etc.)
Besides a hell of a lot of animation, what would it take to implement these features into my game. Second of all, is it even possible with AGS? I am no programmer by any stretch of the imagination, but give me anything and I can probably figure it out. Any suggestions appreciated.
Yeah, you can. Couple of folks have done it so far. You just need to learn your way around the scripting aspect of ags first. Truthfully, I think the animation would be the easy part...
