Software did not download

When I downloaded the program error message reads "roomedit.clb is not in file, needs to be in same file location. What do I do?
actual error message  ROOMEDIT.CLB could not be loaded,It must be in the same file as program.

Actually I don't quite understand your topic "Software did not download".

But judging (guessing) from your post content it seems that you may just attempt to run the executable within the ZIP file, which won't work. You must extract the content of the ZIP file to some folder and start from there.
