I'm testing a game source named "AirBreack" and when I try it with WinXP it work well, When I try it with my PC with WinNT 4.0 I have this message:

illegal exception
An exception 0xC0000005 occured in ACWIN.EXE at EIP=0x77F17213 ; program pointer is +0, ACI version 2.61.747, gtags (0,0).
etc...

Any solution, Itried with and without sound, Fullscreen, Windowed, 32bit -> 16bit .

Try re-installing DirectX.

Thanks for the reply, but I can't reinstall DiretX on this pc and I can't install the last service pack for program compatibility.

I found Ags 2.6 Service pack 1 that work wellì with Nt

To be honest, I'm not really sure if AGS will work properly with NT4. If I remember correctly, it is locked to DirectX 3 and various multimedia functions aren't fully supported.

Further to which, it's an obsolete operating system now so I can't really justify spending time on getting it to work.
