BUG: DisplayTopBar is displayed under a GUI.

If a GUI is visible on the screen at the same time as I use DisplayTopBar, the text box appears under the GUI and not in front of it.

This also applies to DisplaySpeech and is a bit of an oldie as to whether GUIs should be on top or below it. The reason for the current situation is so that if someone was to pop up the top icon bar (for example) while speech was displayed, the GUI should overlay the text.

However perhaps some sort of option is necessary to allow this.

Ah I see, so it's not a bug after all. Yeah, I guess an option allowing you to decide whether it will overlay the GUI or not would be very nice. I'm sure it would be a piece of cake for you to implement.
