Title: Suggestion for Interaction Editor
Post by: on Thu 24/04/2003 19:29:53
Not sure where to request this, so I'll request it here.

I would like it so that you can move the different commands in the interaction editor up or down in the sequence, as well as move multiple commands so, for example, a series of commands could be moved so that they execute as part of a 'new' conditional statement.

For instance, I have a room where I wanted 'A' to occur when the person clicked on an object.  Later I got the idea to have a person guarding the object, so that what I wanted to do was simply put a conditional asking what a value was, and perform 'A' if there was no person guarding.  But at the existing state of the program will require you to put in the conditional at the top and then reprogram 'A' under that conditional.  By moving 'A' around, it would make my life so much easier.

I thin thats a good idea. It would save a lot of hassle.

I can appreciate that this would be useful, it's on my to-do list for a future version.
