Here it is:
I have a translation file(.txt) to fix my "bad" english with "correct" english (grammar fix), but all original lines from my games were replaced with "correct" english in translation TXT file(they were no written below original lines, but only replaced) . I thought i could replace all "bad" grammar in my game with it, but as i found out i think it cannot be done !? (it can be done with a lot of copy/paste procedures, but it will take a lot of time.) Any better solution !?

Are there still blank lines inbetween?
You could insert a blank line at the beginning of each section and delete the one at the end.

So:
what you wantÃ,  Ã,  Ã,  what you haveÃ,  Ã,  what you get

// blahÃ,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  // blahÃ,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  // blah
originalÃ,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã, translationÃ,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã, << insert this blank line
translationÃ,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã, translation
oÃ,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  tÃ,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,
tÃ,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã, t
oÃ,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  tÃ,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,
tÃ,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã, t
oÃ,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  t
tÃ,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã, tÃ,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã, << remove the one below this line
...Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  ...Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  Ã,  ...

Of course this will only work if AGS ignores the original lines when importing the translation file.

Translation files cannot be "imported" back into the editor -- in order to do that you need to use the Text Dump feature.

You can however use the translation file as a translation, and simply set the Language option in the Game Setup to use it.

If your file was incorrectly translated (ie. they replaced the lines rather than inserting the translation in between), you can try this utility:
http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/fixtrans.exe
which attempts to fix it -- however you will need a copy of the original translation source that you sent to your translator in order for this to work.
(Note this utility is completely unsupported, use at your own risk).
