I hope u reply soon...bye see ya
Just create a view with the talking animations in it, and set it as the character's talking view.
Please note, this is rather a basic question and really belongs in the beginners techincal forum.
Hi...well, what I wanna ask is which specific file/s I would need to send u in order to post my finished game and let everybody see it...bye take care.
Have you consulted the manual? If so, what bit of the description of those commands didn't you understand?
There are a couple of templates available - search the forums and check the AGS Resources page.
Howver, if you're just starting out with AGS, I'd recommend using the default built-in GUI until you've got the hang of how things work.
Come on, this is the fourth new topic you've made in the space of 5 minutes. If you've got multiple questions, just make one thread and ask them all in one go.
Have you read the "Distributing your game" section of the manual?
Please recomend me some websites where I can get cool music for my game...and one question: can music be listened although people don't have the music files I used???
best wishes, bye..
Well, actually I haven't payed so many attention to the manual......... :P
I just asked trapzoid to send me the files of SATAN QUEST so that I could learn stuff seeing how it was made, and I read all those script commands.... But I didn't know what their specific function...
u know? scripting is a bit annoying for me...but sooo necesary ;D
OK, sorry...next time I have lots of questions I will consider ur suggestion....
The manual is there as a reference. All you have to do in the script editor is place the cursor in the command you want to know about, and press F1.
The files you use are compiled into your game, so yes players can hear them.
Now, I'm going to merge your topics to clear up the board a bit.
