I played it. I read about the other entries, and it indeed looks like a fetish thing about big bellies, but while I guess all the other games can be safely disregarded (unless this is right up your alley)

Bizaron, the guy behind games such as Joe's Miserable Life and Joe's Horrible Hell, also has a game in Czech that's not in the database, namely Schoollout. This looks just as morbid as the other games, starting in an elementary school after a revolution/school shooting. I don't know the language, so I haven't played this. Probably not everyone's cup of tea.

Mew_Mew16/WeeklyJournaling also has a couple of games not in the database yet:
Detective Promo Game is a short investigation game.
A1 Romanian Introduction has a Completed Game Announcement thread, but is not in the database. Like the title says, it's a language learning tool/game, teaching the player how to introduce themself to other people, among other things.
