are lucasarts games sam and max hit the road day of the tentacle, and indiana jones and the fate of atlantis compatible with windows xp and if not are their patches to fix any problems with these games???????? ???

Sam and max has a Windows version now available on cd, but all the Lucasarts adventure games can be played on ScummVM http://www.scummvm.com aside from the 3d ones.
Works on XP, Linux, Mac and others.

Or try DOSBox for those games and any other DOS Games.

I recommend ScummVM for LEC games, but dosbox is nice for the rest.

I use Abandon Loader with VDM sound to run any game of the old days. Works like a charm when you've figured out how to set it up.
