Background artist needed for upcoming Horror game! The game's secondary focus is atmosphere so please contact us if you are good at making backgrounds! (You don't need to be super-good though, as long as you are hard-working and confident) Character art will be provided if you wish (So that you can get a feel for the game's look). I think the moderators should delete these posts on site.. Or there should be some filter, or a big WARNING above the message field on a post-form.

We have an ACR thread.. And that's where you go to find help. Making your own thread to find help will only result in ridicule, mockery, and embarrasment. It will not help you find more people, as most of the artists around here are currently busy with their own games. The ones that aren't busy will look in the ACR thread if they want to help someone. So please, post there..

And for everyone else, PLEASE post there aswell. Stop flooding the forums with these "I'm a crappy artist/n00b! I need help! Make my GaYmE!." I think it's pretty obvious by now that you're not going to get much help unless you have completed everything else possible I.E Story, Puzzles, Music, Programming, etc.

I don't mean to be an ass, but I really don't come to the forums to find 100's of poems begging for help.

There should be a Beggar's Forum for all of these kinds of posts.

I just wanted to let you know that you're better off posting in the ACR Thread than in your own post. I just wanted to help, and apologize if I seemed rude. why not instead of calling it the ACR thread [what does ACR mean? I have no idea by just looking at the acronym] give it a better descriptive title

that way people may just see it better.

and again, if it bothers you that much just ignore it and the people who wouldn't mind helping will post and you'll never have to be bothered by the post.

yes it's annoying to see these posts constantly but i think the best think one can do is just ignore them if they bother or leave a link to the acr thread

Hello, there is a site at http://www.avidgamers.com/ezscript where you can sign up and find someone to help you with your game. It is only in starting stages, but the only way we're gonna get people is if you join. So if alot of people register then it will be easy to find someone that may want to help...
