Larry Vales, Traffic

I cannot  seem to download Larry Vales to play the game.  The message that comes up after I have downloaded  or save to is:

The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS & Mirosoft windows application.

Can anyone help me out with this??

Do you mean that you can't open the zip file, or that the game won't run once you've unzipped it? If it's the former, try re-downloading. The file should be about 1.3 MB.

Also, remember that you unzipped it first into a folder, you cant play an AGS game directly by just opening the ZIP and launching the .EXE file.

The game was made for dos. Maybe windows can't run it. (I couldn't run LV3 demo)

I've been able to run all the LV games on my XP system, or could at one time (I'm not on it now so I won't check). Try playing with the settings if you get to that point. You may have to adjust a few things. If someone is in cahoots with Phil, perhaps they can get permission to revamp it to windows. It's a classic AGS game...it would be a shame if people couldn't play it.
